As you know if you follow this blog, the previous El-Thaker or ( الذاكر ) project was gone with my ex-computer I lost the files. I decided to make a new program. I made lot of changes. This one you gona LOVE it (spoiler alert: it includes sounds)

Main features,

• Simply it reminds you with small do’a or Hadeth (basically anything you add into thekr.txt file!!)
• Msn-like pop up window.
• light on the computer – uses minimum resources.

Tips,

• Click on the Tray icon to go quickly to the next do’aa
• Right Click on the Tray Icon to disply the menu
• Annoyed by sounds? You can mute them! —-> Right Click on the Tray Icon -> Settings -> Mute all sounds
• Run always with windows | Right Click on the Tray Icon -> Settings ->Run with windows.
• disable auto start up | Right Click on the Tray Icon -> Settings.. and uncheck “Run with windows”
• the period of waiting when the window pop-up depends on the length of the text / do’aa

Change log,

• New msn-like style, but with a greeny comment box!
• Added the ability to play sounds, you can also change them.
• Add any thekr or do’aa you want.
• Icon changed.
• Ability to go to the next do’aa.
• Ability to hide the pop-up window.
• converted to English.

How to add new do’aa,

1. Go to the application directory (where is the exe file of the application)
2. open with NotePad the file called “thekr.txt“
3. Each line represent a do’aa. You can add different entries – Try to keep your line under 170 charters.
4. Save the file.
5. Restart the application
